TECNO Mobile had officially unveiled the latest Camon CX and CX Air. The two new phones were launched at a colorful event at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi.
The TECNO Camon has grown to become one of the most popular budget friendly smartphones series in Africa and thus the launch of this year’s model was kind a big deal.
Before we list out the specifics of the two new smartphone, here is a brief low down of the colorful event. The Camon CX and CX Air launch event was one of the best that has recently happened in Kenya.
Also, the launch in Kenyan also served as the official Global launch and thus have participants from all over the globe. The event witnessed great turnout across the globe.

The Camon CX Air is the smaller version budget friendly serving as variation of the Camon CX. The Tecno Air features a number of watered down features and targets buyers who are out for a solid device while on a tight budget.
The TECNO Camon CX has a likely retail price of about Ksh. 18,999 or N70,000 while the baby sister Camon CX Air has a Ksh. 14,999 or N40,000 price tag. The Camon CX mobile phone will be available for purchase immediately after purchase while the Air might be coming to Kenya in the coming months.
